Here’s the first edition of site news for 2020. So, why don’t we take a quick peek behind the curtain?
Every so often, I publish the occasional article from other plain text enthusiasts in this space. It’s always interesting to share an idea or approach or perspective that’s different from my own.
If you’re interested in submitting a guest article, I have three or four slots available throughout the year. Get in touch and we can discuss your idea.
I’ve had to take a step back with Plain Text Project merchandise. Why? I’m in the process of buying some property and all of my available funds are being funneled to that. It’s not an inexpensive prospect, especially in Auckland.
Merchandise is still in the cards. I’m hoping that it makes an appearance later in the year or in early 2021.
Fiddling with the Site
I’ll be doing a bit of that in the next few weeks. I’m going to try to better organize the articles in this space. You shouldn’t see any changes, but you also know how technology get sometimes.
If you notice that an article or image has taken a stroll, please let me know.
Frequency of These Updates
Originally, I’d planned to do this type of update every month. To be honest, there’s not enough happening in these parts to warrant that. So, expect to see a housekeeping post every couple of months — maybe longer, depending on what I have (or don’t have) to share.
That’s it for this update. We’ll be back to our regular fare soon.
